1. Preamble
GÖLZ Holding GmbH is a family-owned company based in Austria, known for decades for quality, innovation, and reliability in the development, production, and distribution of construction equipment, diamond tools, and modern energy storage solutions.
Our goal is to create durable, energy-efficient, and repairable products that benefit our customers, the environment, and future generations.
This Code of Conduct defines the values, principles, and expectations that guide our actions and form the foundation for fair, responsible, and sustainable business relationships.
2. Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to:
all employees, managers, and corporate bodies of GÖLZ Holding GmbH,
all suppliers, service providers, and business partners acting on behalf or in the interest of GÖLZ Holding GmbH,
all companies directly or indirectly controlled by GÖLZ Holding GmbH.
3. Our Values and Principles

5. Health, Safety and Well-being at Work

We comply with all applicable health and safety regulations and expect the same from our suppliers and partners.
They are required to:
ensure safe and hygienic working conditions,
provide regular safety training,
minimize risks through preventive measures.
6. Sustainability, Environmental and Climate Protection

Our goal is to design the entire life cycle of our products in an environmentally friendly way – from development and production to disposal.
We commit to:
efficient use of energy, water, and materials,
reduction of emissions and waste,

Suppliers are required to establish an effective environmental management system and to continuously reduce and improve their environmental impact.
7. Responsibility in the Supply Chain
We expect our suppliers and partners to take responsibility throughout their supply chains and to pass on the principles of this Code.
This includes:
respect for human rights and fair working conditions,
prohibition of child and forced labour,
avoidance of conflict minerals,
reduction of greenhouse gas emissions,
transparency on the origin of materials and components,
cooperation during audits and sustainability assessments.
8. Integrity, Fair Business Practices and Competition
We act according to the principles of honesty and fairness.
Corruption, bribery, fraud, money laundering, or any form of improper influence are not tolerated.
GÖLZ Holding GmbH is committed to fair competition and compliance with all applicable antitrust and competition laws.
9. Data Protection, Information Security and Confidentiality
We handle personal data and confidential information with care and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Information about customers, employees, and business partners is processed only for legitimate purposes and protected against unauthorized access.
Digital systems, applications, and GPS data are used according to the principles of data minimization and security.

This Code of Conduct is binding for all employees, suppliers, and business partners of GÖLZ Holding GmbH.

Non-compliance may result in disciplinary or contractual consequences.
12. Supplier and Partner Commitment
We confirm that we have read and understood the Code of Conduct of GÖLZ Holding GmbH.
